Excellent service balloons as advertised

Couldn’t be more happy with this company. I ordered three balloons and some cupcakes to be delivered for a friends birthday, and then discovered she wouldn’t be in all that day and most of the next. When I phoned the shop my call was picked up immediately. The lady I spoke to was able to offer a solution by delaying the dispatch of balloons and instructing the delivery company to deliver after a specific time.

This was a special delivery because, due to mum's illness, this is our parents final anniversary. We opted for balloons as many flowers have been sent to them already, balloons are fun! Upbeat! What we wanted. When we called we were helped to decide which balloons, and it was dealt with swiftly. They were put together and sent that day, arriving at our parents the next day who received them with joy. We cannot thank you enough, their faces were a picture. We definitely recommend your shop.
